Project Analyst - PMO (Healthcare)

Project Engineer - preferably from Healthcare New Facilities Programme

Years of Experience At least 5 - 6 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

Role and Responsibilities

1. Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility.
2. Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams.
3. Pre-assessment: Collate and compile for submission.
4. Pre-assessment / Implementation :Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval including slides preparation.
5. Pre-assessment/ Implementation :Ensure that new facilities programme is delivered against agreed scope and timeline
6. Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
7. Provide regular progress updates to Management.
8. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
9. Liaise closely with project teams involved with New Facilities Programme implementation, application testing, preparation for go live and post go live support in accordance with project methodologies and policies.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Candidate should have:
• At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience
• Preferably PMP or equivalent certified.
• A team player and also able to work independently.
