IT Project Manager - T24 TRANSACT

Your tasks

Key Success Criteria Success in the role will be measured by the ability to:

1. Provide one consolidated and reliable view of everything impacting Transact.

1. Ensure that no major dependency or risk is discovered too late.

1. Improve coordination between Transact and the other WITT streams.

1. Increase predictability of Transact deliveries.

1. Ensure clear ownership and follow-up of actions and decisions.

1. Identify capacity or planning conflicts sufficiently early to allow arbitration.

1. Facilitate faster resolution of blockers impacting WITT deliveries.

Requirements

Project Management

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, RAID management and dependency management.

• Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.

• Ability to challenge plans, commitments and priorities.

Banking / Technology

• Experience in banking IT, preferably Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• Good understanding of core banking platforms and their integration within a complex information system.

• Knowledge of Temenos Transact / T24 is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of banking operations, releases, testing and production processes.

Leadership

• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working across Business, IT and Operations.

• Ability to influence contributors without necessarily having direct hierarchical authority.
• Strong communication and synthesis skills.

• Ability to escalate issues clearly while remaining solution-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management.

Other

• Required to work on a rostered shift schedule, which includes weekends and public holidays.
• On early shift (from 7am to 4pm or from 8am to 5pm)
