Infrastructure Service Operations Analyst

REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience working in a desktop and infrastructure team. Experience of working in a regulated environment. Solid background in managing MS Windows environments as 2nd level support. Day-to-day experience in configuring and troubleshooting endpoint clients. Experience in vulnerability management and security incident response on relevant platforms. Knowledge, Technical Skills and Expertise Windows Server and workstation platforms. Microsoft Active Directory and supporting services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, etc.). Microsoft Certificate Services (PKI infrastructure and certificate management). M365, O365, Intune product suites. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Ivanti endpoint management. PowerShell scripting (platform management and process automation). Citrix XenApp and VDI. NetBackup operations, hardware appliance management and tape libraries. VMware vSphere, ESX, vCenter. Hardware knowledge of Wintel servers and SAN. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, switching, routing and link aggregations.
