Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and basic user account management. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN. Log, track, and update IT incidents and service requests using the ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support engineers when necessary. Assist with software installation, system updates, antivirus updates, and routine maintenance. Support new employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and IT equipment Maintain IT asset inventory records and assist with tracking computers, laptops, and other equipment.
