Desktop Engineer Freshers (Entry)

Job Title: IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to provide basic technical support to users and assist with daily IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide IT technical support to employees and end users.Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.Assist users with email, password resets, and login issues.Set up computers, software, and IT accounts for new employees. Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
