Project Manager Software/ERP

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing software projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Here’s a detailed job description for this role: Key Responsibilities:

• Define Odoo ERP projects scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, including software developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and that deliverables are of high quality.
• Track Odoo ERP project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5-10 years) in project management, particularly in software development projects.
