Copilot & Power Platform Specialist

About the company

IT House is looking for a Copilot & Power Platform Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Transport & Logistics sector, located in Porto.

Your tasks

• Support and develop the Digital Workplace product portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio;
• Design, implement, operate and drive the technical evolution of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions;
• Develop, implement and operate the Microsoft Power Platform environment;
• Provide second-level support for M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Create technical concepts, architectures and roadmaps for Digital Workplace services and technologies;
• Own and manage the lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and services.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training combined with several years of relevant professional IT experience;
• Proven ability to advise on and explain technical solutions, with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse);
• Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
