Account/Depot Clerk (m/f/d)

Duration: temporary until 06/2026

Location: Stuttgart

Description:

• Account / depot opening / modification / closing / merger; central assignment of account / depot numbers
• Processing of corrections and inquiries within the scope of account closing
• Contact person for complex technical questions regarding accounts / depots
• Administration and verification of signature lists
• Archiving / filing of documents
• Support in relevant projects, participation in process design

Requirements:

• Successful training as a Bankkaufmann/ Bankkauffrau (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of banking business
• Very good knowledge in the topics of account / depot management
• Confident command of the IT systems required for the performance of the activity (WP2 / SAP BCA, MS Office, d3 )
• Good knowledge of the legal foundations (HGB, KWG, WpHG, MiFID, GwG, AO)
• Good English skills
