Windows Systems Engineer (Ref 101)

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure OS on physical servers and virtual machines Configuration of RAID on physical servers
• Basic skill to analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues Manage Exchange 2019 and Exchange online Manage and Troubleshoot Esxi and Virtual Servers running
• Provide a point of escalation and support to the L1 Engineers.
• Participate in weekend maintenance activities, as required.
• Perform routine system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Monitor servers and troubleshoot problems.
• Produce appropriate documentation for server deployment, configuration, and related processes.
• Vulnerability assessment fixing of findings for new servers and existing servers
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and repair server hardware VMWare VSphere 8.x

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience in Windows 2019 / 2022, Exchange and VMWare L1/L2
• Good working knowledge and experience on Windows servers(2019 and 2022) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers, MS Cluster, Server backup, AD Federated Services & Windows PowerShell.
• Experience on VMWare
