HR and administrative officer
Responsibilities:
Implement HR policies compliant with labour law; handle grievances and disciplinary processes.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff exits; support workforce planning and role changes.
Track attendance/daily headcount; coordinate performance reviews and engagement activities.
Manage training records, HR files/databases, and routine HR correspondence.
Administer compensation/benefits/leave; maintain accurate personnel records.
Oversee office supplies, hygiene/safety, vendors/service providers, cleaners and security.
Prepare daily/weekly reports; escalate unresolved issues and support budgeting/costing.
Prepare payroll attendance and leave reports; other HR/Admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field. 3+ years of HR/Admin experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and office management; payroll knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
High integrity, discretion with confidential information; able to work independently and manage people. Must reside in Ibadan.
