Job description About IST SG PTE. LTD. IST SG PTE. LTD. designs and supplies nurse call and alert alarm systems for hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We are a small, close-knit team where interns work on real projects and see the results. What you will do Support our sales team by researching prospects (care facilities, hospital groups, consultants and contractors) and keeping our lead tracker and sales pipeline up to date Help prepare quotations, proposal documents and tender submissions Create marketing content for our digital pages Design and tidy up presentations, brochures and product collateral Assist with events, site visits and customer demonstrations Gather market information and summarise it for the team Take on ad hoc sales and marketing tasks as the team needs What you will learn How B2B sales works in the healthcare technology sector, from lead to tender to project How marketing supports a technical product with long sales cycles Hands-on exposure to actual proposals, content creation and customer engagement Mentoring from the Management and the sales team Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field Good written and spoken English Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Organised, curious and willing to learn, with attention to detail Able to work independently and also as part of a small team Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, AI tools) Passionate in healthcare or technology Willing to commit to the full internship period Skills (MCF tags): Sales Support, Marketing, Social Media, Market Research, Microsoft Office, Communication, Customer Service Application note Please include your CV and your internship availability (start and end dates).
