We are currently looking for one IT Allrounder (m/f/d)

Focus on Software Support. As a solution-oriented and communicative personality, you will be the central interface to our operational units. You will support our First- and Second-Level-Support and contribute significantly to ensuring smooth support for our employees.

WHAT YOU CAN IMPRESS US WITH

• Completed training in the IT field
• Relevant professional experience
• Very good Windows software knowledge (Desktop and operating systems)
• Technical understanding of networks, computer hardware, and software
• Very good English skills
• Driving license class B
• Communicative team player (m/f/d) with service orientation and organizational skills

WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US

• Participation in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of a uniform software structure
• Training of existing and future systems
• Intensive coordination with the interfaces of various departments and project groups

• Support of the First- and Second Level Service Desk

The gross monthly salary for this position is at least € 3,500.00. Depending on education, qualification, and experience, overpayment is possible.
