Your tasks
- Supervise the integral operation of Facilities services.
- Coordinate the maintenance and cleaning areas.
- Lead work teams and specialized providers.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
- Follow up on KPI, SLA, and operational objectives.
- Maintain communication with clients and different stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the operation.
Requirements
- Experience in Facilities Management.
- Experience in the management of maintenance and cleaning services.
- Experience in coordination and leadership of operational teams.
- Management and supervision of providers.
- Follow-up on indicators, quality, and SLA/KPI compliance.
- Capacity for management and resolution of operational incidents.
- Advanced English indispensable.
- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience
