Project Manager

For our location in Kundl, we are looking for a committed individual as Specialist Solution & Pricing (m/f/d).

In this position, you will take over the independent planning and conception of projects in infrastructural Facility Management. As a contact person for customer requirements, you will analyze needs, conduct site inspections for data collection and evaluation, and develop tailor-made solutions. Furthermore, you will create project-specific calculations, develop innovative service concepts and customer presentations, and accompany the successful implementation of the planned building services.

You will work closely with our operational teams, provide support for technical questions, and contribute to the successful implementation of customer projects. Ideally, you have a technical, commercial, or economic education, bring a structured and independent way of working, and convince through analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and strong communication skills.

WHAT YOU CAN IMPRESS US WITH

• Technical (HTL/TU/FH) or commercial (HAS/HAK/Uni/FH) education
• Initial professional experience desirable
• Good English skills
• Very good IT skills (Excel)
• Structured and analytical way of working as well as process-oriented thinking
• Professional appearance and customer orientation
