Bilingual BMS and Facilities Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a BMS and Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree
• 2 years of experience in HVAC facilities maintenance, CRAC precision equipment, fire protection equipment,
• Desirable experience in Data Center
• Fluent conversational English, will communicate with the EU team only in English.
• Knowledge in Automated Systems/interfaces: BMS, Metasys INDISPENSABLE

Activities and Objectives

• Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance operations organization
• Understand the Owner's building operating rules for the building(s) under care as provided by the Account Manager.
• Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure efficient utilization of personnel.
• Assign tasks as necessary for work orders and preventive maintenance work orders for the O&M team.
• Ensure that Operations and Maintenance Documents (Document Library) such as Blueprints, O&M Manuals, Site Operator Manual, etc., are up to date, stored orderly, and easy to retrieve.
• Within the provided space, maintain effective storage and inventory of: Spare parts, tools, and service equipment in an orderly manner.

Competencies: Customer Orientation, Results Management, Collaboration · We offer:

• $30,000 gross pesos per month
• Statutory benefits, 5% in Savings Fund, 6% in grocery vouchers,
• Work Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday half day
