Industrial / Automotive Maintenance Technician Manufacturing

Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing sector specialized in casting, aluminum injection, and machining processes, which is looking to incorporate a Maintenance Engineer into its team, responsible for guaranteeing the optimal operation, availability, and conservation of machinery and facilities through the correct execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Functions: Execute and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans in a timely and proper manner.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and productive equipment.

Guarantee that machinery operates under optimal operating and safety conditions.

Attend to and execute corrective maintenance, ensuring the quality of the repairs performed.

Analyze recurring failures and breakdowns to implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid their repetition.

Perform root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities in equipment and processes.

Actively participate in continuous improvement projects focused on increasing operational efficiency.

Propose solutions to optimize the performance, safety, and reliability of machines, tools, and equipment.

Detect and repair leaks of oil, air, and other critical systems.

Collaborate in the definition and updating of critical spare parts matrices, maximums, and minimums.

Guarantee machinery availability according to the requirements of the production plan.

Adequately document the maintenance performed and ensure the updating of corresponding records.

Comply with the quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards of the organization. Requirements: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related career.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Solid knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.

Interpretation of electrical diagrams.

Experience in programming automata (PLC).

Knowledge and maintenance of CNC machinery.

Experience in aluminum high-pressure injection processes.

Handling and maintenance of injection machines.

Knowledge of machining processes.

Experience in failure analysis and problem-solving.

Knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001 standards, and information security systems.

Intermediate English for understanding technical manuals and machinery documentation. Competencies: Efficiency and focus on results.
