Our client is a leading international company in the commercialization of equipment and solutions for furniture manufacturers, recognized for its high standards of quality, innovation, and service. They are currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, who will be responsible for ensuring the correct administration of the warehouse, the supply chain, and the logistics operation between the headquarters and clients in Mexico.
Your tasks
- Coordinate and follow up on import and export processes.
- Manage issues related to regulations, customs agents, sanitary registrations, tariff classifications, and quality control.
- Follow up on regulatory procedures and coordinate with external advisors and competent authorities (COFEPRIS, environmental and operating permits).
- Administer the warehouse, inventories, and merchandise distribution.
- Supervise inventory control and optimization.
- Administer the logistics area budget.
- Negotiate with logistics service providers and coordinate shipments to clients.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 warehouse workers.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and continuous improvement of the logistics operation.

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Supervisor, leading personnel.
- Experience in import and export processes.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and regulatory affairs.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Desirable experience in SAP or some ERP.
- Intermediate English.
- Leadership, organization, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Naucalpan de Juárez.
