Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out the import process from America, Europe, and Asia.
- Calculation of taxes, coordination of shipments with forwarders and customs agents.
- Review of documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, forms, NOMS, among others).
- Coordination with shipping lines, monitoring of import costs, import permit procedures, rulings, customs letters, certificates for compliance with NOMS, application of tariffs according to trade treaties, declaration of value, ensuring compliance with import regulations, managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customs.
- Carry out the national purchasing process.
- Search and development of suppliers.
- Manage logistics and distribution processes, purchase orders, system entry, replenishment, analyze and improve international and national supply chains, prepare reports and present results to executives.
Requirements
- University degree in International Business, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related areas.
- Advanced English.
- Analytical capacity.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of technology tools, platforms, and software for performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade, Import, and Export.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.

On-site work.
Availability to work M-F from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
