Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of projects that impact the entire office and/or specific departments
  • Overall facility management as well as the operations of sites in multiple locations within Japan
  • Proactive planning and implementation of strategies related to the group's role as service desk to all employees
  • Planning and implementation of internal events and programs to enhance employees’ engagement
  • Planning and managing internal communications (company-wide announcements, intranet updates, event communications, etc.)
  • Planning and implementation of office space improvements
