Schools & Outreach Officer

Responsibilities:

Visit secondary schools, sixth-form colleges, universities, and tutorial centers within assigned locations Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, principals, guidance counselors, and teachers Organize and deliver study abroad presentations, career talks, and information sessions Represent the forwarding at education fairs, exhibitions, CDS, and outreach events Generate and submit student leads from school visits and events Collaborate with the Enquiries & Admissions Officer to ensure proper follow-up on leads Maintain a database of visited schools, contacts, and outreach activities Submit weekly outreach and lead generation reports Make applications and follow-up on assigned leads

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in any discipline 1–3 years experience in field sales, marketing, outreach, or community engagement roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence speaking to groups and school authorities Willingness to travel locally and work outside the office Ability to meet outreach and lead generation targets Good organizational and reporting skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience working with schools, NGOs, youth organizations, or education-related projects Public speaking, training, or presentation experience Previous experience in education consulting or study abroad services
