For our headquarters in Wr. Neudorf, we are looking for an analytically strong personality with initial experience in the field of Finance or Controlling who wants to help shape international projects. 1 Specialist Corporate Finance & Business Excellence (m/f/d)

COLLABORATE

• Further development and harmonization of group-wide Finance and Business processes
• Analysis of existing processes as well as development and implementation of efficient target processes
• Definition and introduction of group-wide guidelines, standards, and governance structures
• Participation in international M&A projects and post-merger integrations
• Support in the integration of new companies and locations
• Participation in IFRS, reporting, and Controlling topics in an international environment
• Support and optimization of SAP-based financial and business processes
• Creation of concepts, documentation, and decision templates based on sound analyses

BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed studies with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of Finance, Controlling, Auditing, or Finance Consulting
• Initial experience in the analysis and optimization of business and financial processes
• Good knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and understanding of business relationships
• Sound experience with SAP
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured way of working with a focus on sustainable implementation and documentation
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• International willingness to travel of approx. 30-40 %

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR € 3,463.06 gross per month on a full-time basis (KV Angestellte. Chem. Industrie Verwendungsgruppe III).
