For our headquarters at the Wr. Neudorf location, we are looking for an analytically strong Corporate Development Professional with initial experience in tax consultancy or auditing, who wants to actively help shape international structuring, M&A, and transformation projects. 1 Specialist Corporate Development and Integration (m/w/d)

COLLABORATE

• Support the Strategy & Corporate Development department in international projects
• Collaboration on M&A projects and post-merger integrations
• Analysis and conception of international corporate and permanent establishment structures
• Support of topics related to transfer pricing, Service Level Agreements, and OECD guidelines
• Co-design of group-wide guidelines, governance standards, and process harmonizations
• Support in IFRS, SAP, and group-wide transformation projects
• Development of pragmatic solutions based on sound analyses and structured documentation

BRING

• Completed studies with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Tax, Economics, or Business Law
• 2-3 years of professional experience in tax consultancy, auditing, or a comparable international environment
• Initial experience with international tax and structuring topics (e.g., permanent establishments, double taxation, Transfer Pricing, Pillar II)
• Interest in strategic issues and Corporate Development
• Analytical mindset as well as conceptual and structured way of working
• Initial IFRS and SAP knowledge
• Very good written and spoken English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage in any case
• Willingness to travel of around 15 %

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR € 3,463.06 gross per month on a full-time basis (KV Angestellte. Chem. Industrie Verwendungsgruppe III).
