COLLABORATE

• Order confirmations for customer orders
• Order-related production process planning
• Material requirements planning for secondary requirements and in-house production
• Providing and releasing production orders
• Carrying out various material transfers and consumption postings
• Independent processing of corrections in the system
• Creation and maintenance of material master data in SAP (usage levels, shifts, standard times, bills of materials, work plans, etc.)
• Continuous optimization of process flows regarding economic production volumes, production programs, equipment utilization, and storage costs
• Material requirements and production planning in work preparation
• Continuous improvement of processes and key figures within the framework of Lean Management

In this role, you are a connecting element between the departments of Production, Process Technology, R&D, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales, as well as our suppliers.

BRING

• Completed technical or commercial training (apprenticeship, Matura, or degree)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in production planning in a manufacturing industrial company
• Good SAP and MS-Office user knowledge
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• High degree of understanding for networked processes, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, conceptual strengths, high cost awareness, confident appearance and enjoyment in negotiating, as well as strong personal responsibility and teamwork skills

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR € 3,463.06 gross per month on a full-time basis (KV Ang. Chem. Industrie, Verw. Gr. III). Depending on professional experience and qualification, there is a willingness to overpay. However, we definitely offer market-conform pay depending on qualification and professional experience!
