We offer an exciting position at our Wr. Neudorf location. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team player and solution-oriented personality as 1 Global Risk Manager m/f/d at the earliest possible date.

COLLABORATE

• Development, implementation, and continuous further development of a global risk management system, especially in the areas of fire protection and occupational safety
• Identification, assessment, and management of strategic, operational, financial, and technical risks
• Analysis of production, supply chain, and quality risks
• Close cooperation with management, plant management, controlling, engineering, IT, and compliance
• Establishment and maintenance of worldwide risk reporting including a KPI system
• Conducting risk workshops, audits, and scenario analyses
• Support for investment decisions as well as M&A projects from a risk perspective
• Crisis management and development of business continuity strategies

BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in risk management, ideally in a manufacturing company with an international setup and a focus on occupational safety and fire protection
• Sound understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and financial metrics
• Experience with international standards (e.g., ISO 31000, internal control system, compliance structures)
• Analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Business fluent English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Profound MS-Office skills
• High willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%)

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR € 5,710.82 gross per month on a full-time basis (KV Angestellte. Chem. Industrie Verwendungsgruppe V).
