Shift Supervisor

ISOPIPE S.A., the only factory with vertically integrated production in Greece, specializing in synthetic rubber insulation, located in Ritsona (PEO Athens Thessaloniki 3, Chalkida 320 09), is seeking a Shift Supervisor to strengthen its production team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization, coordination, and supervision of the production process during the shift.
• Management and guidance of the production team in collaboration with the Production Manager.
• Ensuring adherence to the daily production schedule.
• Monitoring productivity indicators and immediate handling of deviations.
• Monitoring the quality of produced products according to company specifications in collaboration with the Quality Control department.
• Implementation and adherence to health and safety rules for all production Personnel during their shift.
• Immediate handling of operational problems and collaboration with the Maintenance department.
• Completion of production reports and updating the Production Manager on the progress of the shift.
• Allocation of personnel to workstations/teams based on production needs and worker skills.
• Participation in the scheduling of shifts, hours, and coverage of leaves or absences, in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Human Resources Department.
• Ensuring discipline, adherence to procedures, and effective communication within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Work experience in an industrial environment, ideally 3 years
• TEI Degree (ideally in Engineering/Electrical direction)
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good computer skills and Microsoft Office (word, excel)
• Team spirit

• Ability to work under pressure
