ISOMAT, Industry of Construction Chemicals, Mortars & Paints seeks: ​ IT Support (based in Agios Athanasios, Thessaloniki)

Main Responsibilities Providing first-level support to company users and recording/monitoring their requests Preparation, installation, and configuration of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment for new or existing users Support, upgrade, and installation of applications Management of users and their access rights to company applications Support for the call center and management/installation of printers in collaboration with external partners Communication with suppliers for problem resolution (telephony, networks, printers, servers etc) Participation in projects for the upgrade, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructures and services Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals Required Qualifications: University/Technical Institute Degree in Informatics or a related field Desirable professional experience in a similar IT Support position Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments Very good knowledge of English Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking Communication skills and a customer-centric approach Benefits: Competitive compensation package Additional medical/pharmaceutical coverage Continuous training, improvement, and development of qualifications Opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and constantly growing international Group Transportation via corporate bus
