Consultant - Process and Data Lead

Reporting to: Director of Strategy and Insight Location: Singapore

Isle operates with a global network across the water industry, and is well positioned to provide meaningful guidance to clients navigating the sector with data-driven insights. Isle is investing in its Intelligence and Insights capabilities in order to enhance its existing global client services and create new ones. We are seeking a diligent and logical individual to work with senior management in delivering the company’s strategy for this capability. The role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to co-develop a view of target capabilities, build operational processes to bring these to life, oversee the implementation of new data-driven business processes and tools, and champion good data management practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Utilise software tools that improve efficiency of client project delivery, including data scraping and

warehousing solutions to enrich and maintain databases.

• Leverage business intelligence (BI) tools to support reporting / analytical functions for client-facing

delivery, marketing and internal reporting purposes.

• Establish data governance protocols to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data

assets.

• Leverage the use of AI tools including LLMs (e.g. Claude Code and Gemini) to continuously improve

data reporting and analytics.

• Oversee implementation of new data-driven business processes and tools, acting as an

ambassador for change and driving adoption of new processes across teams.

• Manage data-led projects with international and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key liaison between client-facing business units and leadership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting or business operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust and

influence across teams and seniority levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business

requirements into practical solutions.

• A proactive and collaborative team player, with the confidence to lead change and drive adoption.
• An interest in data, technology and emerging AI tools, and a willingness to experiment and

continuously improve.

• Experience with data management, analytics, workflow automation or AI tools would be

advantageous.
