SALES CLERK
Islands Souvenirs Inc. is currently looking for applicants that are willing to work as SALES STAFF .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively shares product knowledge and effectively handles objections to maximize sales
- Provides a warm, welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
- Meets compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures
- Maintains shelf organization and stocking; assists in ensuring orderliness and upkeep of the store
- Pro-actively attends to customer needs, answers customers' questions, channels customer complaints to proper avenues, escalates to OIC or store manager, as applicable
- Effectively communicates store policies to customers
- Provides a welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
