Your Tasks

• You plan and install complex hardware and software projects in close cooperation with all involved development departments as well as the project managers and commission them.
• Through your technical after-sales service and remote support, you ensure that customers quickly receive technical solutions for their requirements.
• You process inquiries regarding hardware and software topics and develop tailor-made solutions.
• You create technical, project-related documentation to optimally support project transparency.
• You conduct training sessions to convey knowledge and skills effectively and purposefully.

Your Profile

• Education: A completed degree in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Nachrichtentechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Steuerungstechnik or a comparable field, or further training as a Techniker (m/f/d).
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in handling technically complex projects is an advantage.
• Know-how: Very good knowledge in the areas of Datentechnik, Informatik and Informationstechnik, as well as good knowledge in Mechanik and Mechatronik.
• Personality: Strong analytical thinking skills and a high willingness to travel for international assignments.
• Language skills: Good English skills in speaking and writing.
• International willingness to travel: approx. 70-80%.
