• Development, support & ongoing further development of cost accounting
• Creation of target-actual comparisons, variance analyses & meaningful reports
• Participation in budget planning, budget monitoring & forecasts
• Support & further development of the internal management information system
• Support during monthly & quarterly closings
• Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Creation of ongoing reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Support in group reporting & in the calculation of relevant key figures
• Identification of optimization potential & active further development of controlling processes & tools
• Close cooperation with various departments & internal project teams
• Contribution of your own ideas & expertise for the continuous professionalization of controlling

Your profile - personality meets numerical understanding: Do you work in a structured manner, like to think one step ahead & feel at home in the world of numbers, data & analyses?

Then ideally you bring the following with you:

• Completed business administration training with a focus on controlling, e.g., HAK, FH, university or comparable
• Initial or relevant professional experience in controlling
• Basic knowledge of accounting & financial reporting according to UGB
• Proficient MS-Excel skills as well as confident handling of MS Word & PowerPoint
• SAP knowledge, ideally in the area of FI/CO, is an advantage
• Experience in production controlling is a plus
• Strong affinity for numbers & analytical thinking skills
• Proficient English skills in speaking & writing
• Modern & confident IT user skills
• Independent, structured & solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality, initiative & sense of responsibility
• Communication strength, flexibility & assertiveness

• Salary: For career starters, a minimum gross salary of € 3,200 per month on a full-time basis is provided.
