Business Development Associate
About the company
We're looking for a hands-on founding team member who wants to build something from the ground up. This isn't a role where you'll just follow a playbook - you'll help write it. If you're excited by the idea of shaping a brand from day one and growing alongside the company, we want to hear from you.
Your tasks
Marketing
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) — posting, basic content creation, engaging with followers
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, photography, packaging
- Research market trends and competitor activity
Administration & Operations
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational flows (invoicing, documentation, order processing)
- Liaise with suppliers in Taiwan and logistics/freight partners
- Help monitor inventory and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with sales outreach to B2B clients (retailers, cafes, distributors)
- General office and ad-hoc business support
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Driven, resourceful, and proactive — you take ownership and get things done
- Basic marketing knowledge (social media, content, campaigns)
- Good communication skills; comfortable dealing with suppliers and customers
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and follow through on moving parts
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in F&B / food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (for liaising with our Taiwan suppliers)
