MCO Technical Coordinator Weapon Systems F/H - ISD

We are looking for an MCO Technical Coordinator for weapon systems.

Your missions will be structured around:

Steering & Coordination (Internal / Suppliers):

• Management of diagnostics and expertise: You steer and monitor the progress of fault resolution on equipment sent to our suppliers.
• Transversal internal follow-up: You are the central point of contact to advance troubleshooting files within the company. You request and coordinate different departments (design office, quality, production, purchasing) in a project management mode.
• Steering action plans and drafting technical documents (installation reports, intervention reports, expertise notes)

Field Interventions & Client Relations (Travel within France during the week):

• Technical interventions: You travel to our clients in France to primarily perform software updates on calculators.
• After a period of skill development in diagnostics, maintenance, or troubleshooting on our weapon systems.
• Client interface: You are the guarantor of the company's image. You manage the client relationship in the field with diplomacy, listening, and professionalism. With higher technical training equivalent to an engineer, you possess great technical versatility and a natural flair for project management and animation.

Indispensable soft skills: You are recognized for your autonomy, your proactivity, and your excellent interpersonal skills. A field person, you are stimulated by operational reality and direct contact with the environment.

This curiosity allows you to quickly develop skills to perform and steer operations by yourself in an autonomous manner.

The position requires a B2 level in English for potential interventions at our British client and technical writing.
