About the company
Reporting to the Services and Customer Support Department, your missions will revolve around the management of export contracts.
Your tasks
- Ensure the management of international after-sales support contracts
- Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and profitability
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Supervise schedules, budgets, risks, and financial indicators
- Ensure reporting to management
- Also manage support activities, from the development of logistical and technical deliverables to operational maintenance (MCO), while contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
With a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in project management and have mastered the fundamentals of financial management.
Travel outside the EU is to be expected. A good knowledge of after-sales support professions, particularly Logistics Support Analysis (ASL) and technical documentation, is expected. Proficiency in MS Project and professional English is indispensable for this position.
