Work-Study Network and IT Support Technician - Cannes (M/F)

ISCOD, a specialist in Digital Learning training, is looking for a Network and IT Support Technician for its partner company, specialized in An international Brand, to prepare for one of our state-recognized degree programs, from level 4 to level 7 (Bac, Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 or Master/Bac+5). MISSIONS

• Local support for employees on daily IT tools
• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents
• Installation, preparation, and monitoring of the workstation fleet and equipment
• Participation in the maintenance of network infrastructures
• Occasional support for customers during events

PROFILE SOUGHT You are the ideal candidate if:

• Student at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level, specializing in network, infrastructure, or systems
• 2-year work-study program preferred
• Technical curiosity, autonomy, and a taste for problem-solving
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, professional presentation
• Fluent English is essential (international clientele)
• You are eligible for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 training program (degree validated or in the process of being validated)
• Position based in Cannes (06400)
• Remuneration according to level of study + age. Training 100% covered by the company.
