Apprenticeship Software Engineer AI & Backend - Paris (M/F)
ISCOD, a specialist in Digital Learning training, is looking for a Software Engineer AI & Backend on an apprenticeship contract for its partner company, an AI transcription service, to prepare for one of our state-recognized degree programs, from level 5 to level 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 or Master/Bac+5). THE MISSIONS As a French leader in AI note-taking, we have over 100,000 users in more than 50 countries and are currently deploying our platform on a European scale. We are looking for an apprentice Software Engineer to strengthen the technical team and build the next generation of our agentic platform with us. If you want to write code that goes into production in a few days, build skills in cloud infrastructure and applied AI, and work with agents rather than watching them from afar: you are in the right place. Your missions: Supervised by our senior engineers and in direct contact with the product team, you will intervene on: Backend & API Develop and optimize our Python / FastAPI microservices that feed our AI agents in real time Build integrations with external APIs (ATS, CRM, telephony/VoIP, storage, videoconferencing) to automate our users' workflows Guarantee clean, secure, and structured data flows between our internal and external systems AI & agents Contribute to our agentic pipelines: agent orchestration, RAG, prompt structuring, interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A) Implement evaluations and guardrails to measure the actual quality of our AI outputs Use AI extensively in your own work (code agents, test generation, assisted review)? that is the norm for us, not a bonus Infrastructure & quality Discover and practice modern infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, on Azure, GCP, Scaleway and open source components Contribute to monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, alerting) and error handling Participate in our Git workflows (Gitflow, PRs, code reviews), CI/CD and documentation Resolve bugs and ensure high-quality technical support for a rapidly growing user base
