Work-Study ENGLISH CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT - Paris (M/F)

ISCOD, a specialist in Digital Learning training, is looking for an ENGLISH CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT for its partner company, specializing in COMMERCE, to prepare for one of our state-recognized degree programs, from level 4 to level 7 (Bac, Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 or Mastère/Bac+5). THE MISSIONS Reporting to the sales team, you will notably participate in:

• Ensuring the administrative and commercial follow-up of customers;
• Responding to customer requests by telephone and email;
• Preparing and following up on quotes, orders, and invoices;
• Updating databases and commercial tracking tools;
• Participating in prospecting and appointment setting;
• Performing commercial follow-ups;
• Preparing commercial supports and documents;
• Contributing to the monitoring of objectives and the production of reporting;
• Occasionally participating in commercial actions and professional events.

PROFILE SOUGHT You are the ideal candidate if:

• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Reactivity and a sense of Advice / Customer Service
• You are eligible for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 training (degree validated or in the process of being validated)
• Position based in PARIS (75011)
• Remuneration according to level of study + age. Training covered 100% by the company.
