Apprenticeship Sales Assistant - Pantin (M/F)

ISCOD, a specialist in Digital Learning training, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its partner company, which specializes in the sale of promotional items and clothing under License??????, to prepare for one of our state-recognized degree programs, from level 4 to level 7 (Bac, Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 or Mastère/Bac+5). MISSIONS Your missions for the position:

• Ensure daily follow-up with clients in France and internationally
• Respond to client requests and ensure the follow-up of commercial exchanges
• Prepare commercial offers, quotes, and orders
• Update client files, dashboards, and CRM tools
• Monitor orders, deliveries, invoicing, and payments
• Follow up with clients and prospects as part of commercial monitoring
• Participate in prospecting and the qualification of new prospects
• Contribute to the development and loyalty of the client portfolio
• Participate in the monitoring of marketplaces and e-commerce activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper processing of commercial requests
• Identify commercial needs and opportunities and contribute to the improvement of processes

SEARCH PROFILE You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have a first experience in commerce or customer relations.
• You master English, both written and spoken, to evolve in an international environment.
• You are comfortable with digital tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• You are organized, rigorous, and attentive to file follow-up.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy exchanges with clients and partners.
• You are autonomous, reactive, and proactive.
• You enjoy dynamic environments where missions are varied.
• You have an interest in e-commerce, B2B, and marketplaces.
• You are eligible for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 training (degree validated or in the process of being validated)

Position based in Pantin (93500) as soon as possible. Remuneration according to level of study + age. Training covered 100% by the company.
