LES MISSIONS Your missions for the position: Support to the Sales Director: Creation of files in our MOVEWARE tool Scheduling appointments with client users: ability to address a CSP+ clientele level CRM updates Commercial monitoring: searching for information, leads, monitoring economic and international press Preparation and editing of quotes Occasional client follow-ups

Support to Sales Administration: Preparation of quotations for private and corporate clients under the supervision of the Sales Administration manager Sourcing prices from our international agents and French service providers Assembly of quotations Formatting of quotes

PROFIL RECHERCHE You are the ideal candidate if: A first experience in a company Good elocution, comfortable in contact with others Professional English indispensable General knowledge You are eligible for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 training (degree validated or in the process of being validated) Position based in LEVALLOIS-PERRET (92300) Remuneration according to level of study + age.
