Work-Study HR / Recruitment Apprentice - Paris (M/F)

ISCOD, a specialist in Digital Learning training, is looking for an HR / Recruitment Apprentice for its partner company, which specializes in permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD), and temporary recruitment for the fashion, luxury, retail, and couture industries, to prepare for one of our state-recognized degree programs, from level 4 to level 7 (Bac, Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3, or Master/Bac+5). THE MISSIONS

Within the agency, you will actively participate in the various stages of recruiting profiles specialized in the luxury and fashion universes:

• Searching and identifying candidates
• Sourcing and talent approach
• Pre-qualification and interviews
• Candidate and recruitment follow-up
• Participation in the development of the agency's talent network
• HR and administrative missions related to recruitment

PROFILE SOUGHT

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have a fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
• You have a first experience in recruitment, acquired through an internship, work-study, or employment.
• You are attracted to the universes of luxury, fashion, and human resources.
• You demonstrate dynamism, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
