Aviation Technician or Industrial Electronics Technician (m/f/d) (Road Construction Engineer)

Requirements

• Completed technical training in a relevant field, e.g., "Fluggeräteelektroniker", "Elektroniker" or comparable "Gerätetechniker", "Industrieelektroniker"
• 3+ years of practical experience in the manufacturing and assembly of wire harnesses and electronic assemblies
• Practical knowledge of general electrical/electronic devices
• Good handling of measuring instruments or measurement equipment
• Practical experience, e.g., in the manufacturing of wire harnesses and electronic assemblies
• Practical experience with soldering irons and solder joints
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office products and other common software
• Excellent organization and initiative with a high degree of attention to detail
• Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
• Bonus skills:
• Knowledge of sensors/sensor signals and testing devices
• Experience with automated wire harness testers
• Experience in performing thermal or vibration tests
• Experience with MES, ERP and / or PLM systems
• Practical experience in soldering PCBs
• German
• English

Tasks

• Building and testing wire harnesses for our Launcher Spectrum or test applications
• Assembly and testing of avionics "assemblies" for the development of the Spectrum
• Documentation of manufacturing and testing tasks with MES/PLM
• Supporting other areas of production and avionics in their daily tasks
• Repair and modification of PCBs
• Participation in the development and implementation of test procedures / processes for the quality assurance of wire harnesses
