Production Manager – CNC Machine Manufacturing
ISAC Advanced Robotics is a Greek company specializing in the design and manufacturing of CNC machines and automation systems, based in Evkarpia Kilkis. For more than 15 years, we have been developing technological solutions for modern production, helping businesses increase their speed and efficiency. As part of our continuous growth, we are strengthening our production team and are looking for a Production Manager. We are looking for a person with technical intuition, organizational skills, and a dynamic character, who will be able to organize the daily production operations, lead the team, and simultaneously participate practically in the work when required. The position is not exclusively an office position. We want a Production Manager who can organize, control, and also "roll up their sleeves" together with the team. The primary goal of the position is the construction and completion of machines correctly, with quality, and within the agreed timelines, always adhering to procedures.
Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in an industrial, mechanical, or technical environment Very good technical intuition Experience in organizing tasks, projects, or teams Comfort with practical work and the use of hand tools Good use of PC Good knowledge of English and the ability to understand technical information Category B Driver's License Completed military obligations for men
Will be appreciated: Previous experience as a Production Manager, Foreman, or technical team leader Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical specialty Experience in machine manufacturing or assembly Knowledge of CNC machines Experience in ERP or other production organization systems Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Responsibilities: Daily organization and coordination of production Distribution of tasks to the team and monitoring their progress Scheduling of tasks based on priorities and delivery dates Participation in mounting, assembly, and technical work where required Communication and cooperation with other departments of the company Communication and updating customers regarding the progress and stage of their order Control of consumables, tools, and necessary parts Maintenance of an organized, clean, and safe production area Identification of problems and proposal of practical solutions Daily updates regarding progress, pending issues, and the schedule for the next day
