We are looking for a reliable and physically strong Furnace Cleaner/Manufacturing Labourer to join our client's manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role in a foundry environment, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-heat conditions, have a strong safety mindset, and enjoy hands-on work.

Midnight Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $25/hourTemp-to-Perm Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Clean furnace wells, ramps, and surrounding areas.
• Remove built-up material through scraping and chipping.
• Recover metal from furnaces.
• Assist with furnace filling and material handling.
• Support mould heating, moulding, finishing, and other production activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

What We're Looking For

• Previous foundry, metal manufacturing, or furnace/oven-related experience is an asset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Good upper-body strength, coordination, and attention to safety.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working around heat, noise, equipment, and industrial odours.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn — on-the-job training is provided.
