Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all site construction activities, interfaces, and quality compliance to ensure a safe, efficient and specification-compliant project.

Take overall accountability for the delivery of the project's safety, quality, time and cost.

Own, develop and maintain the master programme; drive progress and short-interval planning to keep the works on track.

Act as the primary point of client liaison reporting, valuations, meetings, correspondence and stakeholder management.

Plan, sequence and supervise reinforced-concrete foundation works, including pad footings, tie beams, rafts, heavy-machinery/dynamic (inertia) blocks, tank ring walls and liquid-retaining structures.

Report project status, risks and forecasts to management and the client, and lead corrective action where required.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND A minimum of 7+ years' experience in a similar field
