Job Title: Administration Manager (Construction / Reno /Air-Con) Location: Singapore (North) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: SGD $3,000 – SGD $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, handle incoming correspondence, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Cross-Entity Coordination: Assist with scheduling, documentation, permit applications, and basic operational tasks across our three business units under the same management.
  • Project Support: Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and technicians to coordinate project timelines, delivery schedules, and job deployments.
  • Financial & Record Support: Assist with preparation of quotations, progress billings, invoices, and tracking project expenses across the different company accounts.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a central point of contact for client inquiries, material suppliers, and service contracts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of admin experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, interior design, or facility management industries.
  • Education: Degree in related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic bookkeeping or invoicing systems.
  • Attributes: Highly discreet, detail-oriented, able to multitask across different project types, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working hours: 5.5 days.
