ERP PROJECT MANAGER - M/F

Description:

Reporting to our La Rochelle or Lyon agency, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and monitoring of the deployment of our iE management software, mobility tools, and BI. Acting as a true link between our internal teams (support and development) and our clients, you will be the guarantor of project success, from planning to delivery, by ensuring coordination between the different teams and stakeholders.

After being trained on our software, your daily tasks will notably include:

• Managing projects from end to end: scoping, planning, monitoring, and deployment.
• Following the deployment methodology.
• Ensuring compliance with the commitments made by the company, and transmitting information to ancillary departments.
• Analyzing functional needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Ensuring coordination between technical, functional teams, and users.
• Identifying risks and proposing action plans to mitigate them.
• Conducting REX on customer satisfaction and profitability for a continuous improvement approach.

EDUCATION

• BAC + 5: Business Management, MBA, information systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge in business management and/or information systems.
• Knowledge of our clients' industries: distributors, dealers, rental companies
• Mastery of English

VALUED SKILLS

• Knowledge of the Monday tool
