Based at our beautiful Lackham Campus, set within 500 acres of Wiltshire countryside, you'll join our residential team and help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for students living on campus.

What You'll Do

Provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for residential students Supervise accommodation areas and promote positive behaviour Support student wellbeing and pastoral needs Respond appropriately to incidents and safeguarding concerns Carry out regular checks of residential areas Encourage students to develop independence and life skills Maintain accurate records of incidents and relevant activities Work with safeguarding, pastoral, and wider College teams Follow College procedures relating to safeguarding, health and safety and student welfare

What You'll Bring

Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in a residential, youth work, education, care, hospitality, security, or people-focused environment An understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing Strong communication and interpersonal skills A calm and consistent approach when dealing with challenging situations Good organisation and attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and reliability A genuine commitment to supporting young people
