FX Trader

FX Trader Join our team! We are looking for a professional passionate about financial markets, with experience in foreign exchange (FX) trading and knowledge of the Colombian exchange regime, who wants to contribute to business growth, efficient operations management, and the continuous improvement of our processes. You will be responsible for quoting, negotiating, recording, and monitoring foreign exchange purchase and sale operations, ensuring their correct settlement, profitability, and regulatory compliance. What are we looking for? Professional in Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related fields. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Treasury Front Office and exchange operations in an IMC supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. Knowledge of the Colombian exchange regime, especially External Resolution 1 of 2018 and Circular DCIP-83 of the Banco de la República. Experience in negotiating and recording FX operations, handling SET-FX, Bloomberg, and knowledge of SWIFT and clearing and settlement systems. Advanced Excel and C1 level English. Desirable AMV training or certifications, as applicable, and handling of artificial intelligence tools. What will be your main challenges? Quote, negotiate, and record foreign exchange operations, taking care of spreads and business profitability. Validate the purpose of the operations and ensure their correct exchange classification. Monitor the settlement, reconciliation, and timely compliance of operations. Monitor counterparty limits and support market and operational risk management. Propose improvements and automation initiatives that contribute to more efficient and secure processes. What do we value?
