Job Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and attract suitable talent. Develop and support campus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with universities, polytechnics, and other educational institutions. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation across regional talent markets.

  1. Employee Relations and Culture

Collaborate with the Singapore-based team to support day-to-day HR operations and regional people initiatives. Manage employee relations matters and provide practical guidance to managers and employees in accordance with company policies and applicable local requirements. Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives while supporting effective communication and cultural alignment between Global Headquarters and SEA teams.

  1. HR Business Partnership

Partner with regional managers to understand business needs and translate them into appropriate workforce and HR plans. Support performance management processes and guide managers on goal setting, employee feedback, performance improvement, and career development. Provide day-to-day HR guidance and collaborate with headquarters and regional stakeholders to align people initiatives with business priorities.

  1. Compliance and Operational Support

Support compliance with applicable employment legislation, internal HR policies, and local employment practices across SEA markets. Coordinate office operations and administrative matters with the Singapore-based team and relevant local stakeholders. Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports while supporting consistent HR processes and operational practices across the region.

Qualifications Three to five years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Experience supporting multiple countries or working in a regional or multinational environment would be advantageous. Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, with familiarity with HR practices across other SEA markets considered an advantage. Prior HR experience in the internet, media, entertainment, technology, or multinational sectors is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed and multicultural teams.
