Automation QA Engineer

Join IQ Soft Company  as an Automation QA Engineer to build with us a stronger, smarter, and more efficient approach to software quality.

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests, expanding test coverage, identifying quality risks, and working side-by-side with Developers and Product teams to deliver reliable software.

Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Build and expand automated regression, functional, and integration test coverage.

Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and implement efficient, maintainable automation solutions.

Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to identify potential quality risks and automation opportunities.

Create clear and well-structured test cases and detailed bug reports when manual validation is required.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.

Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and investigate test failures.

Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other QA team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.

Monitor debugging and defect-resolution processes and verify fixes through appropriate testing.

Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, test scripts, and testing documentation.

Follow up on issues reported by partners and ensure appropriate validation and regression testing.

Stay up to date with modern automation tools, frameworks, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience in QA Automation, preferably with web and mobile applications.

Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and automation frameworks.

Experience with API testing and basic knowledge of Performance Testing.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, testing techniques, and automation principles.

Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated test integration is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Upper-intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
