Management of the web application used for data collection in Mystery Shopping; setting up projects and scripting questionnaires in the company application; collaboration and support for more than 40 countries; daily written communication in English (MS TEAMS, e-mail). Requirements: Knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level (spoken and written); knowledge of the Ukrainian language at least at native speaker level; knowledge of the company application shopmetrix; orientation in data and the ability to interpret it; meticulousness, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving; user knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
